I now have an FAQ page.
It gives some answers and explanations to stuff. I noticed that many other fyeah blogs have similar FAQ pages, so I figured it would be wise to have one.
miku-sona asked: Hey I'm doing an assessment on physics within movies. which movie scene would be a possible one and is rather easy to analyse.

I had fun changing the theme of the page!
Now it’s easier to read and has an epic neon-esque title! And check out the cursor! It’s a tiny little flask! :O
I think I got a little carried away, but I hope you guys like it! ^_^
Anonymous asked: I hate to be an asshole dude, but can you do something about readability? Small white text on a black and white background is really difficult to read. Especially for longer topics.

The "inquire" link on the page is now renamed...
I figured it was more appropriate because it’s not all just you asking questions. Sometimes you guys are the ones who answer stuff for each other or just give feedback regarding the site.
muyonaise asked: I'm a first year undergrad. First year is almost over and so far org chem has been pretty straight forward. Just arrow pushing and concepts which are all logical one way or another (well not just that but you get what I mean). I personally like the physical side more because I like the maths/physics but the I find chemistry in general fun, mainly because I like my university.

Anonymous asked: Hi, I'm an incoming senior somewhere in Asia and I love this meme. C: I'm considering taking Chemistry + Materials Science in college, and as funny as this meme is, I'm quite scared from the nosebleed-inducing glory that is Chemistry (Organic, in particular!) as well as all the rigours scientists face... Today, two science majors seemed surprised I considered it incredibly fun. Now,...

arsanatomica asked: The zoology tag is for organismal biology, right? Disciplines like ecology, morphology, paleontology, systemics, phylogeny, development and evolutionary biology?

New tags for your submissions!
I recently added “zoology” as a tag, and I figured that there were definitely enough submissions about organic chemistry that it deserved its own tag apart from plain old chemistry. Also, now you can tag something as a pickup line, because I know that pickup line-ish jokes seem to be pretty popular in the submissions! Have fun with the new tags! And if you want something else to be...

drugsmusicandshoes asked: Think some people are taking inter-disciplinary humour a little too seriously. Sometimes when you're stressed you need a little banter to lighten the mood. I don't think it's that we don't respect other people's degrees, it's just playing up to society's love of stereotypes - isn't that what a meme is? Language students have often teased me for being a...
Anonymous asked: As someone who was in AP phys/math in high school, I absolutely love this meme. However, I think that one may wallow in one own's glory without belittling others. Although I am not acquainted with the American system of higher education (I was raised in schools built on the German Humboldt model), I think that this grudge against people majoring in the Humanities is more a case of...
todoelmundobailando-deactivated asked: I hate the battle of the sciences. I'm a biochemistry and neuroscience double major and needless to say, every science needs each other one way or another. They are all intertwined and the only difference per field is an emphasis on certain sciences. Even the "easy" sciences propose much difficulty. If science was easy everybody would be doing it, don't you think? Us future...

accol asked: As someone with a PhD in inorganic chemistry, I can say that this rivalry between the sciences more or less goes away when you get out of university. Maybe some gentle teasing remains, but no one discipline is solving the world's problems. That's why the term "interdisciplinary science" is getting so much attention these days.
Anonymous asked: It appears that there are many people here who are interested in defending the difficulty of their major/course of study while belittling associated disciplines. While I applaud those of you choosing a challenging path, I encourage everyone to remember that they are in this (hopefully) because they love it and because it is a path on a greater goal. Most science majors at any college/university...
Anonymous asked: You should post Biology/Chemistry pick up lines. It'd be awesome. Like these ones make me laugh so hard:
You're so hot, you denature my proteins.
I will fondle your vesicles while you caress my golgi body.
Hey baby, why don't you get your ligase working on my okazaki fragment and lengthen my strand.
You’re so cute you make my zygomaticus muscles...
